Up to a $25,000 closing cost incentive is available for to-be-built and inventory homes contracted between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, in the following communities: Bear Creek, Birdsong, Broadmoor Estates, Grayhawk Addition, Hawkins Meadows, Hidden Lakes Estates, High Country, La Frontera, Las Lomas Classic Series, LeTara, Llano Springs Classic Series, Marine Creek Ranch, Mira Lagos Crossing, Oaks of North Grove, Polo Ridge, Shady Valley Estates, Summit Parks, The Villages At Charleston, Trails at Cottonwood Creek, Westside Preserve, and Woodcreek. This incentive does not apply to homes already sold or currently under contract. The Select Series product line is excluded from the “Up to $25,000 Your Way” incentive. The subject property must be the buyer’s primary residence, which excludes second homes, investment properties, and other non-owner-occupied properties. To qualify for the closing cost incentive, homebuyers must finance and fund through CrossCountry Mortgage Sawyer Team (Branch 3861). The “Up to $25,000” closing cost incentive does not serve as a discount toward the purchase price of the home and cannot be used as a down payment. Instead, it must be applied toward acceptable closing costs such as loan origination fees, mortgage insurance, appraisals, owner’s and lender’s title policies, prepaid property taxes, prepaid homeowners insurance, prepaid interest, and prepaid HOA fees.
